Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Athatshap is not liable for lost return shipments.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before they ship

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:
